DELIVERY TIME
We aim for 2-3 working days delivery, from once your payment has cleared for all NZ orders. Please inqure about international delivery time for your information.
Plus one day for South Island deliverys
We do not accept liability for any delays caused by third party contractors, or during third party contractors envolvment in the courier process.
E.g. NZ 2-3 days delivery time: Jeff' places his order on Saturday, payment does not clear until Tuesday, due to banks not proccessing payments Sunday or Monday. Product is dispact within 24 hours of payment clearance, latest Wednesday. Sent on next day courier, it should arrive Thursday, within Island.

SUSPICIOUS ORDERS
'Superior Swords Ltd' Reserves the right to withhold the delivery of purchases deemed suspicious. If your goods are held from dispatch, you will be notified within one working day. Proof of identity will be required before the release of your goods. Your Driver’s license or passport are the only accepted forms of identification. The name on the identification will have to match that of the credit card holders name. One form of identification will be needed to be sent via fax or emailed to us, and once accepted you will be notified and your goods will be released. We will also contact credit card departments if needed.

These offers are forfited if delays outlined in our orders terms and conditions apply.
RETURNS POLICY
At the top of my list is Customer Satisfaction. If you are not at least 110% happy with your purchase please let us know within seven days of delivery. For a full no questions asked refund, once goods have been returned at buyers expense.
If the goods are damaged upon arrival or unsatisfactory due to a manufactures defect, the goods will need to be returned. We will offer to pay for return postage of the item. A replacement item or full refund will be granted upon the return.
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us within 48 hours. Deposits are non refundable.
